After completing my graduation in 2007, I began my professional journey as a teacher in an institution. Teaching has always been close to my heart. However, after marriage, while managing a new household and pursuing my master’s degree, balancing personal and professional responsibilities became challenging.

I decided to step away from institutional teaching and began teaching independently. StudyHome started modestly, with just one or two students. As the number of students grew to over 30, I expanded by collaborating with teachers across subjects. While I taught Humanities, I associated with teachers for Science, Commerce, Bengali, Hindi, and other disciplines.

In 2010, I was expecting my child, and in 2011, I became a mother. I continued teaching until the eighth month of pregnancy and rejoined work after a six-month maternity break, when my son was just five and a half months old. Gradually, StudyHome evolved from classroom teaching into a structured platform that began placing qualified teachers in students’ homes and supporting families across communities.

Today, StudyHome has supported learning in thousands of homes and created earning opportunities for thousands of teachers.

As a mother, I understand that parents can work, rest, and grow peacefully only when their child’s education is in safe hands. StudyHome was built to support children’s learning, empower teachers, and give families—especially mothers—the confidence to pursue their goals.
